What is the most important thing you learned in our GNML online program?

The most important thing that I learned here is knowing that everybody is trying their best to find solution for their country's issues. Everyone wants to take part of making movement towards development, and I really appreciate what they do. I do interested watching their videos. So, after I got picked for the program, I couldn't believe it because my friends did better than me. I hope this program will be one of our important thing in life by making us to be a better ideal person in finding solution, learning new stuff, and of course knowing each other.

What was the most challenging experience of our GNML online program?

The most challenging experience is to dig in our own issues that we are about  to present. I need to read more about my issues and keep digging in about it. My issues is hard to actualize because it needs government's support, but it would be really helpful for my country if my solution can be heard by the government. I am a student and I want to make school better for all of us here and it takes time I think to create all of that. I hope I could be able to realize it and make my country better.

What was the most rewarding experience of our GNML online program?

Being in online class or we can say online community that gathers exchange students from different countries is such an exciting experience. Rewarding, of course, and such a great honor to present our country. Sharing ideas and learning others stories come along great too. I think the most rewarding experience in GNML online program is when we can be a person who is able to present their country by sharing issues and finding the solution along the way. I didn't know that online networking could be such a big deal in our life, and actually it is. So, I am so grateful that I can be a part of GNML online program.

Can Online Education help people that can't afford school?

One of issues that never stop to be talked about is education. Why? People never stop learning, or have to keep learning for the rest of our live. That's why education has never been the least important thing in the world. Populations in Indonesia keep on growing, but number of free public schools doesn't increase as much as the people. There some volunteers that teach kids that can't afford school and need to work to provide their family.

It's not enough. Government has to think of an idea to decrease 230,000 uneducated children in Indonesia that have potential to move the country forward. They have plans to make more public school that completely free (not all of schools are free in Indonesia). It takes time. They need big space and especially Jakarta doesn't have enough land to actualize. This is why I think Social Media can be a big part of online education to educate the students by providing programs and computers.

Social media for Online Education?

I think it's a brilliant idea. One thing that makes social media addicting is chat platform that you can socialize with all of the people around the globe. Government doesn't have to hire lots of teacher. They can just put an online teacher in each of classes and they can provide kids that have question by chatting online. They have to organize the schedule of the classes as it is at school. They can save land by doing this. They can distribute the program to internet cafe around the country. Besides that, they can share free books through the website to keep students on track. Benefit of social media for online classes is it creates space for students to discuss with each other, too. Online classes have to be multiple-way communication, so it creates active education and simulates the real classroom. Therefore, education ministry has to create a movement like online classes that provide the country with more education to make Indonesia better.
